お客様へ、agmmobile.comショップでご注文いただいた商品は、AGMは7日以内に発送することをお約束いたします。（法定休日を除く）
- 返品と返金保証
保証対象
agmmobile.comショップで購入されたすべての商品は、返品と返金の保証が適用されます。商品が購入者が受け取ったものと説明と異なる場合に保護されます。
以下の状況は保証対象外です：
- 主張される商品が説明と異なるが、当社が商品が正当であることを証明できる場合。
- 商品は説明通りであるが、購入者がそれらを希望しない場合。（まずAGMサービスに連絡し、追加費用を負担する必要があります）。
- AGMが人為的な破壊であると合理的に判断する場合。
返品と返金の保証
商品が説明と異なるか、人為的な製造の品質問題が発生した場合、商品を受け取ってから7日以内に返品依頼を提出できます。AGMは確認後、新しい商品を再発送するか全額返金いたします。
返品送料
商品が説明通りであり、購入者がそれらを希望しない場合、購入者が自己負担となります。
商品が説明と異なるか、人為的な製造の品質問題が発生した場合、AGMが送料を負担します。
- 1年間の修理保証
agmmobile.comで購入された商品は、商品が受け取られた日から12か月の保証を享受できます。（人為的な破壊を除く）
非人為的な問題についてのサービスは無料です。
人為的な問題については、サービスセンターでさらなる分析の後に料金がかかります。

Shipping Guarantee
To our valued customers, we promise to ship the products you have ordered on agmmobile.com within 7 days (excluding statutory holidays).
Return and Refund Guarantee
Eligibility
All products purchased on agmmobile.com are covered by our return and refund guarantee. It protects against situations where the product received is different from what the purchaser described.
The following situations are not eligible for the guarantee:
The claimed product is different from the description, but we can prove that the product is legitimate.
The product is as described, but the purchaser does not want them. (Please contact AGM’s service first and additional fees may apply).
When AGM reasonably determines that there is deliberate damage.
Return and Refund Guarantee
If a product is different from the description or has quality issues due to deliberate manufacturing, you can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. AGM will either reship a new product or provide a full refund after confirmation.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is as described, and the purchaser does not want it, they will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is different from the description or has quality issues due to deliberate manufacturing, AGM will cover the shipping costs.
1-Year Repair Warranty
Products purchased on agmmobile.com are eligible for a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt (excluding deliberate damage).
Services for non-deliberate issues are free.
For deliberate issues, charges may apply after further analysis at the service center.
