AGM will make every effort to deliver the product you have paid for. However, there may be situations where we need to cancel your order. These may include (1) item out of stock, (2) item discontinued, (3) price fluctuations, or (4) notification from a third party that cancellation is necessary. In such cases, AGM will cancel your order, notify you of the cancellation, and promptly refund any amount paid. AGM’s liability for the cancellation of orders is limited to the amount refunded to the customer, except where prohibited by applicable domestic law.

Warranty Policy

AGM products purchased on http://www.agmmobile.com come with a limited warranty of one year from the date of delivery. Unless specifically stated, this warranty covers hardware components of the product as originally supplied and does not cover or partially cover software, consumables, or accessories. This warranty is valid only within the original purchase country or region.

The limited warranty covers defects or faults in the product caused by manufacturing or materials. To make a claim, you must provide AGM AFTERSALES with the original purchase proof (invoice), product model, serial number, and photographic evidence of the product’s defect.

AGM or AGM’s service partners may use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts and components when repairing the product. Alternatively, AGM may replace the entire defective product with a rebuilt, reconditioned, or new AGM product.

The limited warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquids, sand, or dirt, abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.

Defects or damage caused by excessive force used on the touchscreen.

Devices with serial numbers or IMEI numbers that have been removed, altered, defaced, changed, or are illegible.

Defects or damage caused by the combination or attachment of accessories, products, or peripherals not approved by AGM.

Defects or damage caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not provided or authorized by AGM.

Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, soil, storm, lightning, earthquake, weather conditions, exposure to liquids, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any power source.

Defects or damage caused by software issues, including signal reception or transmission on mobile phones.

Products not purchased on http://www.agmmobile.com (please contact the seller for support).

Repairs conducted at unofficial repair centers.

Return and Exchange Policy

AGM products are manufactured to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. For products with manufacturing-related issues (not customer-induced damage), you can request a return within 15 days of delivery. We will approve the request and process a refund based on the condition of the product after receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

AGM will only pay for return shipping costs in cases where the item has defects due to manufacturer’s reasons (not customer-induced damage). Items must comply with AGM’s return policy. Refunds for customer-paid return shipping will be processed through the online channel provided by AGM.

Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (e.g., if you requested a return for a product that started normally and functioned correctly during inspection).

When purchasing an item, please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days within the return policy period. Be prepared in case of a return or exchange request.

Return requests beyond 15 days will not be accepted. Additionally, we may not accept returns in the following circumstances:

Events beyond reasonable control.

Violation of these conditions beyond reasonable control by the party, neither party will be responsible.


In cases of violations of these conditions, we reserve the right to take action at any time.
